* What types of events do you typically play?
The majority of our events are weddings, corporate events, and private parties, but we’ve also been known to play festivals, fraternity/sorority parties, etc. you name it. We have a lot of experience with “all ages events”. We are open to bringing live entertainment to any situation that requires a live band.
* Do we get to choose the songs the band will play?
Song selection is very important for any event. Feel free to take a look at our song list and check off any songs that you and your guests will enjoy. We will then incorporate your selected songs into our set-lists, and along with reading the crowd we will keeping the party going!
* Can the band learn special request songs that are not on the website song list?
Yes, we will learn up to 3 songs for you, and it can be any song that you choose. Special song requests should be submitted no later than 60 days before the wedding date.
* Can we add/ take away musicians in the band?
You may certainly add to the number of musicians in the band. The Classics main line up is a 6-piece band consisting of Bass, Drums, Keyboards, Guitar, with a male and female vocalist. We can add additional vocalists, a horn section, or even a rapper for the younger generations that favor Hip Hop and Contemporary Pop. Customized band lineups are based on the needs of the client. We also feature a trio or quartet for smaller more intimate occasions.
* How far in advance should I book the band for our event?
As soon as you begin planning your event. If entertainment is important to you, make booking it a priority - definitely as soon as you lock in your date and venue.
* If we book you, do we need to rent any equipment?
No
* Do you require a stage?
No. However, stages are epic, so with that we recommend asking your venue about this.
* Do you only play songs on your list?
No. Although some of the most popular and most requested songs are on our song list, we can learn new songs upon request! We will learn up to 3 new songs for you, and it can be any song you choose.
* Can we pick songs we want the band to play?
Yes! After booking us, we will send you a questionnaire where you can customize music selections, genres, and beyond!
* Will you MC our event?
Of course! This comes standard when booking us.
* Will you play music during your break?
Yes! We will make sure that music is playing at all times with no dead space in-between to keep the party going!
* What instruments are in the band?
The core band consists of drums, bass, keyboards, guitar, male vocalist and female vocalist. From there you can add additional singers, horn players, or even a rapper for the younger generations that favor Hip Hop and Contemporary Pop.
* Can we come see the band play live?
We are generally too busy with private events to host live showcases, but we occasionally have public performances that are announced on our website's homepage and social media platforms. You can view our live performance reels on our video page, Instagram or our TikTok channel.
* What is the payment schedule for reserving the band?
50% down to secure your date and the final balance would be due on the day of the event.
* What is your price range?
Our prices vary depending on the band size, the nature of the event, the date, the total coverage time, the travel involved, and any other requests specific to your event. Just reach out for a free quote (we prefer phone calls as we can gather the most accurate information to give you the best quote).
* If we want to book you for our wedding, could you provide music for the ceremony?
Yes! We can provide music for your ceremony as well as the cocktail hour, and reception/dance party!
